I've had a beautiful stove fitted, the service I received was fantastic. Neil Poter the owner came to give me a quote personally. He was very professional as were his team of fitters. They did a brilliant job and I can't thank them enough. Now I can be cosy every winter. Thank you Zigis.

Large and well-stocked showroom (Chelmsford) and knowledgeable staff. Good communication following order. Very experienced fitters and we are delighted with the installation. Would have no hesitation in recommending - have done so already!

Postponed my chimney sweep..again!!!This is the 3rd time in the last 4 years or so, that they've phoned to cancel my chimney sweep. The nature of my job means its very difficult to be at home at set times, so I book my sweep months in advance to get it all planned and booked. But, once again, Ziggis have messed this up. Sadly, I will now never use them again...unreliable. I didn't realise, but there are loads of chimney sweeps out there, all reasonably priced. I've rebooked one of them.Very disappointed.

The annual service of my fireplace as well as having my chimney swept happened very efficiently without any mess. Both workmen were incredibly polite and considerate.The admin side did not happen as smoothly. I was quoted a time slot a lot later than the time the van arrived, I was chased for payment despite having already settled the bill and attachments were not attached.I would still recommend this company based on the quality of products.

Fantastic service from start to finish. From Chloe and Neil in Zigi’s impressive showroom to Gary and Ash fitting the new stove in a fireplace that’s been hidden for 30 years.The guys were sympathetic when working on an old slate roof and made a really nice job of the install (I’m an Engineer by trade and OCD with detail)Will 100% be recommending Zigi’s to all.

They were really efficient and helpful, the price was the same as others in my area and the installers were really respectful. I would recommend them.
