Certas Energy - Fuel Depot

1 month since they took my money. No oil has turned up yet. Getting very very low. Asked for a critical delivery - denied. They said I should buy some of the 25L packaged stuff from the internet if I need it quick. What a joke service. Avoid at all costs

Same experience as everyone else. 8 weeks later and still no delivery. It appears every Monday they have vehicle breakdowns, Tuesday's the driver runs out of time, Weds road closures mean they can't get to property....... etc, etc. Try to ring never been able to get through despite spending on average over 2 hrs on hold!!!!!

Wish I’d read the reviews sooner!!Absolutely appalling customer service, ordered through boiler juice and same as the rest,told a date and never turned up and now been told it will be another 5days past the deadline.I was even told i could pop to my local hardware store and get some containers and fill them up else where (too tided us over)Think the moral of the story”buy cheap,buy twice.We NEVER use these or boiler juice and will be telling others to not waste their time too.

Order heating oil via Boiler-Juice. Did not deliver as per scheduled or no notification for delay. Called next morning (Friday), apparently they had a vehicle breakdown so they couldn't deliver as per scheduled. They told me the delivery will be sometime next week. And asked me why I ordered so late, I explained we just moved into the house and the tank was empty. And they shouldn't take into consideration that to cover their delay. Very poor service I do not use OJ williams (now called CertasUK) or Boiler juice any more as both companies couldn't rectify their delay fast enough. Very poor customer service.

Order fuel with them through Boiler Juice for a delivery at the latest on the 3rd April. No Delivery on the 3rd, no phone call, no email, no communication whatsoever. I called boiler Juice at the end of the day to be told that OJ Williams office was already closed and that they haven't heard anything from the supplier that might explain why the delivery didn't happened .This morning at 10am, I received an email from Boiler Juice on the behalf of OJ Oil, telling me that they were sorry for not delivering what has been ordered...an email... On the top of it, it's as well to tell me that the delivery won't happen until the 5th April????? You can't deliver on the 3rd so you deliver the 5th? Oh wait, we messed up, let's deliver an extra day later, WHO CARES?. What kind of customer service is that? If you failed to deliver, at least fix it as quickly as you can. It will cost you money because you need to dispatch a special truck for the day? Well, that's how it works if you care about customers. Instead, you replied that you don't have a route planned in my area for that day. Well, it wasn't planned for that day, it was planned for the day before and you messed up, so you should clean up your mess, rather than sending an email with your apology for not delivering in time and adding an extra 2 days to the original date.Your apology won't heat up my house neither my water, isn't it?

always delivers and always willing to negotiate on price. We switched from another supplier to OJ, now called Certas, and happy with move
