You won’t find a better company to rent through than NMH Residential. Neil is an exception in a world full of competitive landlords. He is a truly professional, understanding and kind man, who was always easily contactable. Any issues were always solved the same day. As someone who owns their own flat and had never rented, I was nervous entering into rental and Neil couldn’t have made it a better experience.

Neil made my renting process wonderfully easy from start to finish! Moving is already very stressful for everyone so having someone that supports you through the whole things makes it a whole lot easier. He was available to contact when needed and very happy to help resolve any questions or queries I had. Would recommend to anyone looking for a property to rent in Oxford.

Fantastic agent / property manager. Highly recommended.I had been renting an Oxford property for 2 years when Neil took over management duties.He was a breath of fresh air. Extremely professional, trustworthy, and responsive. Always looking for reasonable solutions to any issues that came up. High level of integrity.Certainly the highest quality manager of a property I have experienced in 10 years of renting.

Rented for a year as a student, Neil gave us a great deal and came through on all the promises he made. All the maintenance was sorted quickly and properly, no short-cuts, house was in great condition. We brought a lot of problems with managing sub-lets and bills but he was consistently patient and understanding. Most importantly he's the first landlord I've ever trusted, its a genuine shame I've moved away and won't be renting from him again.

Rented for a year while I was on placement in Oxford. It was great to have Neil as my letting agent - super friendly and approachable, very forthcoming. The whole moving in process was quick and everything went smoothly. Could always contact Neil about something and get a quick response. Overall, the property I rented was one of the best places I've lived so far. Definitely recommend.
