Pizza Hut
Went here recently with a friend. I ordered the meaty pizza. I really enjoyed it. Tasted so good. The staffs are polite and respectful. The Atmosphere wasn’t too bad. It was okay, there was a lot of kids around when I went so there were a few running around and doing what kids do, it didn’t stop me from enjoying my pizza so I will come back. The price is decent but the prices for drinks is a bit ludicrous.

Had a great experience in this Pizza Hut!! There were around 20 of us and the staff were very very accommodating. Particularly Nahian - he went above and beyond to make sure our visit was special. We were celebrating my nephew's birthday, so we all truly appreciate Nahian and the staff's efforts to make it a memorable lunch. Thank you!

The manager was shockingly rude and had terrible customer service. She left me holding a baby at the front of house and then yelled at me when I took a seat without being shown…on my birthday! I went to the Greenwich branch instead, which had much better service and was a lot cleaner. Don’t think I’ll go back to the Surrey Quays brand again.

ParkingLoads of parking space.Just be aware, it is quite a squeeze to get inside the car park. I am not sure why they put the barriers.Food: the food is fine. It is Pizza Hut! The buffet is generally well stocked and the kids area for ice cream is generally well stocked!Service: the staff work hard and they are polite. No complaints at all.Atmosphere: it is very good. You go there, you eat, generally all good.

We had a very special experience. I came with my family to have dinner and Rufus gave us exceptional service he was so kind and helpful. Served us with a smile on his face all the time. He is a credit to this branch. Thank you so much

Where do i start….We had to send the food back and argue with staff as to what we had ordered and what the ticket sent to kitchen actually said. After which the food was bought out correct.As far as customer service goes there is nonewe finished our food and have been sat with dirty plates in front of us for an hour. After having to find a member of staff and complaining that we are waiting for our table to be cleared and the pudding we had ordered to come over. They seemed completely unaware that we ordered anything in the first place. Even after complaining the plates were still not cleared. The toilets are absolutely disgusting unclean and dark both mens and women’s need a very deep clean if EHO where to walk in i’m sure they would be appalled at the site. Completely unprofessional and will not be returning here again.

I Would like to say a huge thank you to Nahian and the whole team today on 04/11/23! You accommodated my god daughters birthday , a group of 20 people when it was already busy. Thank you for opening the back, letting us order so much, and many times. You said the service would be slow but it was surprisingly fast! Thank you so so so much , outstanding service and attitude.
