Boots Hearingcare Colchester

This review is for the firewall that Boots has put in place to prevent customers getting decent and good advice. The Web site is rubbish. Still waiting for a password reset email (multiple attempts) a week later. The call centre that everyone seems to have to pass through is just impossible. Out of consideration, I decided to cancel the appointment for my 93 year old mother who had been taken ill (ambulance is here as I write this). The demanded to speak to her 'to explain something'. I refused since she was not able to take the call. I was stonewalled - Boots only have themselves to blame for this 'unnotified' cancellation.We have always had excellent service from the audiologists but the battle to reach one makes Boots far from my first choice going forward.

Very disappointed that the hearing aids I purchased from boots recently, are now reduced by 15% off.
