Bought a integrated Fridge freezer from Fivestar Services for our static caravan. From first entering the shop until the fitting was finished the service was spot on, There was no job to much. The freezer had to be taken up 3 steps this was done with no complaint The old appliance was removed and the new one fitted the doors were checked an made to fit correctly and we were given good instruction on how to use the appliance/ He worked very hard to get the job done and was very clean and respectful of our property. Would defiantly recommend Fivestar Sevices.

Bought an oven and hob from this store, it was delivered and installed within a couple of days. Both old appliances and packaging removed. Well pleased with service and price.Will use again. The staff was so helpful and friendly.

Couldn't be happier with the brilliant advice & service from Fivestar Services. Needed a new washing machine & tumble dryer, visited the shop & was greeted by very helpful and friendly staff. Was given excellent advice & help with my requirements in mind. The tumble dryer was in stock & was happy to be told the washing machine could be ordered ready for delivery in a couple of days. Took the decision to arrange both items to be delivered & installed today (for a small fee) both new machines were tested & was given a quick tutorial of how they both work. Cannot describe how happy I am with them, they've given the kitchen a new look! Would definitely recommend Fivestar - you really do get five star customer service & their competitive when it comes to prices! Thank you!

Ordered a washing machine. Delivery at the agreed time (not a vague time). Installed by a careful man who covered the carpet. No vibration and little noise. £2.50 more than Currys who didn't show up all day. Shop local avoid Currys. Talk to a real person.

Outstanding service from ian the manager. Initially had a problem with delivery, but ian sorted things out very quickly and amicably and i would not hesistate to recommend the store and they way they handle any problems that may arise, ian went above and beyond to help us. Ian has a far better and more personal approach than the big rival competitors.Thankyou, you will be recommended to everyone i know.
