Good printing, but bad customer relations. Both of the jobs I've had printed (small booklets) were disappointing because of a simple lack of communication on their part. General communication also somewhat painful. This is doubly disappointing because the quality of the actual printing is fine. If you're going to use them make sure you get a printed (not digital) proof from them beforehand.
