Amazing service from Nicola this weekend! She was able to cancel an off hired vehicle at short notice on a Saturday which meant one of our managers was able to have transport over the weekend whilst his vehicle was being repaired. I have dealt with short term hires through ALD for 6 years and they are always very helpful and go the extra mile!

I have had the pleasure of working with Gary Tarbox for many years. I would highly recommend using him and the ALD flex team. Gary is always quick to respond which is so important in todays fast moving world. He has taken the time to get to know me and my business so that he understands what it is we require. he is also very personable and very easy to get on with as a business associate. Excellent support from the ALD team, I have a short term hire of a Tesla (lovely car) and lost the card key. ALD pulled out the stops for me and managed to activate my phone quickly so I could use the car and make my work commitments that day. Great service team.

Gary and team provide a great service, not just when arranging a car, but post delivery they are still responsive and willing to support us even when there isn't an associated sale" involved. This is true customer service and much appreciated. We have stuck with ALD flex for interim vehicles for several years now as a result and have no intention of moving anytime soon."
