Brilliant experience. Welcomed by a very pleasant receptionist. The optician came to ask me to come into his room Then proceeded to start tests explaining what he was doing and why all the time. I have never had such a thorough eye test all with up to date equipment. Other than reading the letters at the beginning all other tests were done by instruments. Lady helping me to choose lenses I needed and explaining the benefits of different ones. The receptionist who took a photo so my husband could see how his frames looked.as he couldn't see without his glasses.

The optician here genuinely saved my life. Woke up blind in one eye one morning. He did eye tests n immediately urged me to go to hospital. Turned out i had a brain tumour. For this i am eternally grateful and my sight is coming back slowly since having surgery

Shocking service had my prescription sent there,went to fetch items ,first said hadn't hat it then said yes we have but cannot get tablets,they should have called to tell me,went down Saturday supposed to be open 9 till 12 not even open they're rubbish

I have been with the Pharmacy for many years now. Nothing is to much trouble and I have never had any mistakes despite my multiple of tablets etc. Nice friendly staff.I used the Opticians for the first time today and cannot fault them. I have been with another local Opticians until yesterday, the service that I received was first class and the eye test equipment is more advanced that my previous opticians.I can highly recommend both the Pharmacy and the Opticians.

Recently moved back here for my prescriptions. Very polite and friendly and no problems with medication. They could organise completed prescriptions a little better so people don't have to wait around whilst they search in different areas.

Staff are always ignorant and have to finish off their conversations hidden behind the counter before serving you anyway. Now refusing to give out Lateral Flow Tests even when in stock.Despite the reply, as stated at the desk, NOT THE SAME HOUSEHOLD. Was shrugged at!

Very rude and unprofessional went in there today with covid symptoms charged for ibuprofen unbranded even though I’m entitled to them free on nhs which want a problem but asked for a covid test as I’m a Care assistant told me I need to pay yet gave my friend a free one previous day without a code and is not a key worker then didn’t offer any assistance vile dirty place staff always smoking at front go elsewhere if possible
