Such lovely people, cheerful and friendly and they deliver a great service. Took 2 watches for strap alteration after first going to timsons and them wanting £10 per watch to take a couple of links out of the strap. Altered both watch straps for me and charged me a fraction of what one alteration would have cost me at timsons. Would definitely recommend this little shop
