Poorly trained staff, I have dealt with them them a month ago when I had to submit my disclaimer form with regards of a few fraudulent transactions in my account. I have explained to the lady to whom I’ve handed in the papers that it’s urgent they are recorded in the system and she assured me ‘she will make sure they are sent by the end of the day’.One month later I learn they were never bothered handling these so I am now liable for these transactions as the forms are now overdue.

Asking for 60£ in change . They expect me to call 24 hours before to book that ? Are you even for real ?Switching to lloyds with my 4 accounts right opposite them which is open from 9 am not 9:31 . Very disappointed and very annoyed.If i could I would give u 0 star by the way

I don’t find it helpful at all, the staff are overbearing, one male staff member demanded I stand outside in the rain (75 year old pensioner) even though there were only 3 customers inside one of whom was at one of the six automatic machines, yet nobody came to her aid. When it was my turn to use a machine which I had never done before, I was told somebody would be there shortly, approximately 10 mins later a guy appeared to instruct me in its use, I might as well have had a sign around my neck saying ‘unclean’ and ringing a small bell. Having worked in 2 banks in a past life, this is totally alien, with nobody interested in any form of customer service.

Absolute shambles!!! Needed a printed statement for ID and authentication of photo ID, simple enough..... No! After consulting her colleague, V showed me the machine where I could print said statement, OK except when all 9 pages printed I had no legible copies of the branch stamp. On my partner's suggestion that they need a new ink cartridge V gave a disinterested laugh! Then I was told I would need to see an advisor for signature and would need to wait for an hour! What a waste of my time, will NEVER set foot in this branch again

Needed help with my card machine. You can't speak to anyone in person . Either you can't get through via phone or staff in one and only branch still open can't help you. I have bought another card reader to replace Barclays. They have become less than useless.

Worst treatment I've had from customer service. The woman treated me like a complete inconvenience for wanting help, unfriendly staff and when she couldn't solve the problem all but threw me out the doors with a scowl when I accidentally banged the door on the wall all despite me being polite and apologising all the way through. Id never complain about someone being to the point but this woman was just rude, mad at me for asking her to do her job.

Staff are fine it's the other customers who are not. This morning I was pushed aside by a rather rude man, whilst about to use the machines to deposit funds. He stood over me and prevented me putting my card in the slot. Apparently I hadn't queued. I noticed people waiting in a line but assumed they were wanting to see the cashiers. So I stood back until a machine became available. When out of nowhere this man literally pushed me aside. I did stand in a not very organised queue and did go about my business, but I doubt this person would have been so rude had I been another man.
