Manager was rude, scanned a £30 item through at £32 and insisted the item was old and needed to be scanned at the new price even though the label stated £30, so what should have been £60, came to £64. Manager was argumentative, stand offish and rude. If I didn't have a gift card I certainly wouldn't have spent my money there.

This shop is ok, the prices are a bit too high for my liking. But, the quality of products is ok. This shop is perfectly fine if you don't care how much you want to spend on something.

If I could of give no star I would of staff is very very on professional don't talk for the manager in the pink top always have her bell showing off with no uniform on is the worse one went in to pick up a item that was ordered in reach to the front of the queue the staff process the order then the staff say I should stand on the side for her to serve all the rest of customer then she will go get my item in the back which she could of ask a next staff to get the item had staff standing around doing notting as well and it had about 7 people in the queue behind me then i will be serveand she will get my item crazy wouldn't recommend friends or family to come at the store in derby city centre just be careful with these unprofessional staffs in the down floor of JD Sports derby crazy
