Me and my kids love coming to this place! It’s so much fun we all love it. The staff are always very welcoming, polite and helpful. Would 100% recommend!

Visited about just over a month ago. Been here three times now - once last summer and the first time was the summer before. Always enjoyed it a lot. Great fun. Perfect for everyone of all ages - especially for 20 yo me who’s still a child inside. Only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because I an a bit concerned about the changing area. The first time I went we had proper changing rooms but last year and this year it is just a big area for everyone and just a curtain which blows about in the wind. I understand that this might be the only changing area available but I feel that there is a possible safeguarding issue particularly for women and children. Plus, there are no supervisors in that area so some man could walk past one of the cubicles and try and look through the gap on the side of the curtain when it blows in the wind. Is it possible if there could possibly be separate male and female changing areas for next summer, and maybe some supervisors outside who can make sure that nothing happens?

Really fun and you can get there (just about) on the tube. Though the website sends very strict messages about bookings I was able to change mine - over the phone - as the weather on the first planned date was shocking.

August 2020 - Very wet and bouncy. So much fun!!!!!!!And came back August 2023 for a much sunnier, but equally as fun time!!! V well organised and safe.

What a fun activity to do on a hot day. I went yesterday and the water was perfect and the amount of fun you can have there is endless.especially on the blast bag. The lifeguards are very helpful and even offering to jump for you if you have nobody to jump for you. Big shout out to heavy D

Great for kids and adults!Life jackets supplied and safety talk before entering the water.Very large course with lots of inflatables to jump on etc. Some high climbs with fun slides.Only giving four stars due to the lack of supervision from a couple of lifeguards on the high inflatables who were not watching as we jumped off into the water. We could have easily landed on each other if we had no sense...... very dissapointing to see that staff were more interested in chatting to each other than looking after us. Also climbing up the steep inflatables was tricky and if you slipped you could land on someone and injure them badly as people did not wait or bother to get out of the way. No lifeguards supervising this either......But overall very fun and worth the money, hopefully no accidents here in the future.

My daughter who is 9 has just got back from a full day at this park and she has had such a good time she can't stop talking she said its the best water park she has ever been to. The staff is so kind and helpful- just amazing. Thank you so much.Best Water Park ever!!!

Brilliant fun. Well organised and doing well with the corona issues.If driving there you'll need to use the car park which was pay by the RingGo app.There is also a cafe there too as part of the complex situated in the park.All the inflatables were cleaned well. Enough as can be expected when in the lake full of algae. Expect to fall into the algae too when you hilariously slip and slide all over the place and splash into the water.My nearly 7 year old was extremely cold after 45 mins and needed to get out. But he was in a great mood and had loads of fun. He wants to go back asap.My daughter has asthma and the life guards will look after inhalers which is very helpful.Its quite hard work climbing and slipping and falling in the water, so be prepared for a good work out!Well worth it and I look forward to going again.

Great place for 8 years upwards. 50 minutes of water fun. Wet suits and life jackets available in the cosy of a ticket £20 per child.

Came here for a 12:00 session on a Tuesday. It was the perfect amount of busy. We did t queue for anything. We opted for the 2 hour session, and very glad we did. We were very tired by the end, and ready to have some food, but had a great time. 2 hours is a good amount to do everything you want to, as many times as you want to. There are lots of other activities like cycling and motorboats to do afterwards or before.
