There are no words to express how amazing this company are. They made what I was told was impossible possible on Thursday when they squeezed me in to change my head unit and allow me to go on holidays. I could not recommend them more. Please guys use these people.

Asked for quotation for small service job.Quote was ridiculously over the top.I will never go near that firm again.

Usually people don't bother with reporting good service and we only see mostly bad reviews. This is one of the good one! Just a few days of going on holiday in France realised the water pump wasn't working on my Auto Sleeper Nuevo. Contacted Marquis Poole in a panic, who when I explained going on holiday in a few days said bring the van over now. The friendly engineer quickly confirmed the water pump was defective and ordered a replacement. It arrived just two days before I was due to go to France and immediately replaced. It was still under warranty, but it looked as though I must have inadvertently turned it on whilst the water was drained down for the winter and left it running for a while so I had to hold my hands up to that! In France I had a problem with the step not retracting. Took it back to Marquis who cleaned the microswitch and quickly sorted it out. Also pointed out an intermittent lounge light and rusty basin and shower taps, which they will order and replace under warranty. I read somewhere that most new vans have teething problems, but Marquis have or will be sorting them out with no quibbles. Great service.

I gave a motorhome that I purchased from Marquis Motorhomes in 2012. Since then I have always had my MH Serviced and had any remedial work carried out by them. In my opinion I couldn't ask for a more competent service department and considerate and caring staff . I will continue using them until I have finished with my MHRoy Springett

I’d like to say a big thanks to the team down at Marquis Motorhome Service centre in Poole for sorting out my Fridge electrics on are Tessoro for me they really pulled it out of the bag .

Rob, Wayne , Matt and the lovely reception lady saved my holiday travelling around in my Benimar during August . An electrical problem was discovered with the solar panel not charging batteries. The guys discovered severed cables behind some panelling . Thankyou for their patience and fixing it .
