Be careful when pre-oredering, Game seems to make it cheaper online on certain games/add ons and sadly you are only able to obtain in-store credit. The store manager there was very friendly and understanding of my issue. Thankfully the issue was resolved when I contacted customer support.Shame the store manager had no power over being able to make the difference up as I was given £20 game credit which actually put game out of more money than if they allowed the store manager to just match the online price.

Much better than the old store, the layout is easier to shop from and the 'stuff' is well displayed, I didnt relaise they sold so much.

Not very knowledgeable staff. Seems most things you ask is a choir. Could be better on the staff front maybe training in customer service would be a good idea.Fast forward a year or so . Game has moved into a sports shop. Struggling to pay the Bill's I bet . In an industry that generates billions in a town with only two gaming stores . Ya gotta be asking yourself questions . The other game store is great .

Not usually a fan of big stores, but the staff here were great, very friendly.A charming young man named Adam helped me pick out the perfect gift for my niece. 10/10 would recommend.

I've never had a bad time in this shop, the staff are all remarkably helpful and friendly, and if there is a good deal to be had, you bet your bottom dollar they'll tell you about it.

As all my adult children game and my husband accasionly I usually go with them. This time I was getting my son a birthday present. The staff here are great they certainly know their products. If they don't know they look it up. All of them are friendly and helpful and will discus options if you can't find what you want. Well done allOf you

Great experience, had no idea what I was doing when trying to buy a console. John was helpful, gave genuine advice and made the experience fun, meaning I did end up buying more but I'm glad I did! Even popped in for an extra game and the rapport was still there! Much appreciated
