I have been going to this salon for many years, and it's been great to watch them move to a larger premises and continue to expand and go from strength to strength. Everyone in the salon is always friendly and helpful, they always listen to me understand what I want, or help me choose when I'm wanting something new but feeling indecisive. I can't imagine going anywhere else!

I visited for the first time in November for half a head of highlights but felt like I needed a few more highlights to achieve the desired result.I contacted the salon to explain my thoughts and Liz swiftly reached out once she discovered my attempt to make contact. Liz was extremely polite, helpful and understanding. She apologised for the miscommunication and offered me the opportunity to return to the salon.Although I felt quite uncomfortable sharing my initial feedback, Liz very quickly made me feel comfortable and was completely understanding, I am very grateful for her welcoming me back to the salon.The salon was very clean and everyone seemed lovely and very friendly.

Great service and friendly staff especially Poppy. It's the first time in 18 years that my husband has said he likes my hair after highlights. Definitely made a new customer.

I’ve been four or five times now and have always been happy with how my hairs been cut (and I’m very fussy!) They really listen and accommodate your requests as well as offering their expert advice. Great value too.

Absolutely fantastic!!!!.. I needed to get my hair coloured and cut, before my mums funeral. They fitted in an appointment, for me exactly when I needed it!. All the staff are very friendly, and very professional. I'm so pleased with my hair. And the prices are VERY reasonable!!!. The salon has many products for sale, but don't push you to buy! (Many salons push to sell their products, and can make you feel very uncomfortable). This is the first time I have been back to this salon in many years (only because of my disability, I have used a mobile hairdresser) they made me feel very comfortable, so that I could manage my disability. I would highly recommend, and after many years, I will now be using this as my permanent hairdressers!!!. Many thanks to all the lovely staff!!, see you all soon! X

Lovely , friendly , very professional. Relaxing experience. Nice coffee ☕. Today I had Poppy do my hair , she listens to what you want and makes it her business to make you happy. Im really pleased with my colours , will definitely return . 10/10.

I can't even begin to explain just how amazing this salon and their staff are!! I had gone to a different salon a week prior to my visit at Friends and they had completely ruined my hair. All my ends were dead, the colouring and blending of my balayage was abysmal, and I didn't get a refund. I booked in with Charlotte at Friends in hopes she was able to save my hair as I was totally distraught and didn't have much faith. Now that my hair is all done I can't put into words just how amazed I am at the pure talent and customer service I received in Friends. When I arrived, Charlotte really took her time to talk to me about what the best options were for my hair and the colour I was looking for. She didn't rush and she reassured me throughout the whole process that she wasn't going to let me walk out until she and I were both happy with the results. My hair really did put everyone up to a challenge as there were so many different shades of blonde but they all put their heads together and managed to conjure up a plan that would cause my hair as least damage as possible. The salon itself is beautiful, spacious and clean. Such a lovely atmosphere to be in as all the ladies I spoke to were so kind and made me feel amazing. Id just like to say a huge thank you to Charlotte, Maise, Ellie, Abby and Amy for taking the time to fix my dreadful hair.. you all truly are heroes and you should all be so proud of yourselves !! I can't recommend this salon enough as they really can do anything! Love, Marissa xx

Just thought I'd let you know how fab my experience was at the salon this week. Always nerve wracking changing hairdresser but Amy & the girl who did my colour were both fabulous. A lovely 2 hrs out the office & nice hair to end up with! Thank you.
