Absolute nightmare to park. I was driving around for 25 minutes trying to find a space. There were cars queuing down the road to get into car park for out- patients.

Cancer patients who have treatment everyday are exempt from paying carpark fees. This morning there wasn't one empty space in the carpark. We had to go round the back of the hospital park in the road and pay. On a chemo day we can be there for hours. It is going to cost us a fortune. Is this right.

Car parking is a total nightmare, my wife took over 90 mins to get parked , only because I could get out could I make my appointment time. People just cutting in the queue it's a wonder there is no fights , stressfull enough without this extra stress, at least there should be someone to control things .

Terrible. Sometimes the barrier is down when there are in fact spaces. Sometimes it allows you in when there are no spaces. Last couple of days the barrier has been permanently open, so it's even more chaotic. The system needs changing to allow a car in when a car exits. Simple. Worst car park ever, as are the other ones in Southend Hospital.

Couldn't get parked hardly a y room to turn round. Terrible. Especially for disabled cars and only few disabled bays. Not good..

Absolutely disgusting. Sat in the car in the queue with my elderly Mum for 40 mins yesterday. Eventually had to leave the queue and drove round to Oral Dept to drop her off so she could make her appointment. She's nearly 90 and had to make her own way up to the department. I had to get in the queue again for another 35 mins and when I got in found that there was at least another 10 spaces available!!! While the queue wasn't moving! To add insult to injury I was parked for 40 mins so in effect paid £3.10 for 10 mins. Criminal!!

Not loads of spare spaces but still quite a few. Didn't have to drive round looking. Still free today tho don't think it will be for much longer.
