Scoops Gelato

This is not the first time it happened and I told them beforehand not to serve old bananas. Ordered banoffe waffle and was served with a bad banana which was black and looked unhealthy , the service was very bad and refused to do anything about it.I was not happy.Very bad experience.

Gelato was delicious and there was a wide variety to choose from. The restaurant was clean and there was ample seating. Staff were mildly surly, but not enough to spoil the experience.

You can't beat a bit of Scoops.....always helpful, and the waffles and ice cream are always amazing.

This is my favourite place to come by so far! The staff are the reason why I am coming back! The ice cream taste so good. Although, the prices may be a bit high but it’s worth every penny! I highly recommend for those who haven’t tried their desserts!

The ice cream and treats are great. I have ordered online a few times before also, it hasn't disappointed!When I visited the actual shop recently it looked slightly unkempt and unfortunately a group of drunk girls came in and used the toilet whilst we were eating. They left it in quite a state and it could have done with someone checking after they left, I also could have mentioned after used it but just something for the staff to bare in mind.

Taste, quantity, variety and quality - great! Many times better than Kaspas.Recommendation: Tables, couches and floor need more thorough cleaning after every customer.

I haven't had a banana split in years; very nostalgic choice, but also very tasty and very big. Lots of flavours to choose from here. Prices are high, but it's worth it.

Staff were not listening and respecting customers orders. When I ordered they did not provide fresh bananas rather I had to ask again and I was responded with no apology. Very disappointed with the customer service as I use to really enjoy banoffee waffle from there.

I was craving icecream so badly, I ordered 2 Sundaes. One Ferrero which was fine my sister had. But mine I ordered Scoops Chocoholic, on the menu it says Chocolate but the chocolate tasted like coffee. I have a feeling the girl mistakenly gave me coffee instead of Chocolate I was really annoyed especially as I had a bad day and really wanted Chocolate. Also there was only one scoop of chocolate not a range like the menu describes and more whip cream than anything. The girl did seem quite floaty it was late maybe she was tired as was an hour from closing. For the price I was disappointed. I wouldn't care if it was a scoop but for £10 you need a bit more care and attention to detail. I could have got a hot meal for that. Anyway I suppose mistakes are made. I think if selling icecream give the right flavour and smile. Again for the price it's a bit disappointing.
