I phoned to enquire about a possible vacancy having asked very politely as usual and after I finished talking all I got was a very blunt and firm NO, then a long pause as I expected her to say something else, so I thanked her and finished the call. I’m glad she didn’t have a vacancy, what a very rude Woman.
