Excellent a lovely warm welcoming as you enter lovely and friendly staffHighley recommend.

No frills no damage is what they say. Sadly if you request the gels to be removed because you are not happy that they are lifting after one week, then a nail file can do as much damage if not more than a drill. They completely recked my nails. It took months for them to recover. Don't up set them, they will get their own back .Stay clear of this place they are not as friendly as they seem.

If i could give 0 star i would. We emailed to see if could get appointment, with surprise they had cancellation for Friday so we booked. Explained it was for my daughter to have a surprise. To get rude email were not childminders etc. i let that go as i never expected them to look after my daughter i would have waited anyway. I then asked if has time don't mind paying extra if could have toes done too, and they replied with shock another very rude email as long as don't take hour choosing colours her time will be used and so on we've just squeezed her in (Had a cancellation now just fitting in ) I then cancelled appointment y saying the email context is rude being small business owner myself this is not a way to email customers 34 years or not. To then receive email sorry you lack sense of humour etc. personally I wouldn't recommend here rude & unprofessional couldn't comment on the work but just on customer service spend your money else where. Poor service and disappointing being family run.

The blonde old woman in there is so rude and talks behind peoples back if she doesn’t like them. She even talked behind my sisters back, when I was in there obviously she didn’t know that we was related, she also made racist remarks that was very uncomfortable to hear,I went in there to ask a simple question and I got my head bitten off and talked to like I was a five year old. No respect. She needs to check her attitude before she talks to people. Just BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU GO IN THERE, because if your not up to her standards you will get talked about and laughed at behind your back. I would not recommend to anyone for their own good. SHE DESERVES 0 STARS BUT THEY WONT LET ME POST 0

I have been using salonesque, formerly Beauty Tips, for about 10 years. The salonesque family are very welcoming, friendly and professional. Thank you ladies for the sensational nail care you give to me.

DO NOT USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT! They give incorrect medical advice that could KILL a person. Extremely dangerous if you are ill informed. I do not know how they got their licence; it should be revoked. Do not use if you value your life.

My mum used this service for some time. When I asked on Facebook for recommendations as we now needed a mobile Podiatrist, Salonesque was recommended. I replied that sadly I was moving my mum away from here. Tracey from Salonesque then emailed my mum's carer threatening her with libel action based on my comment which she had not personally seen and which was not defamatory or negative, just based on the fact my mum now needed a mobile service which Salonesque do not provide. I found the attitude very disappointing and not professional. The comment was made by me and not the carer and the bullying tactics used was unacceptable. Will not be using again and will not recommend.
