Dominic came out on an emergency visit. Explained clearly what needed to be done and acted quickly. He arranged disposal of euthanised animal and followed up quickly with results of tests. Excellent service

Excellent service and all staff were really nice, knowledgeable and friendly. I contacted them a week ago after rescuing a pheasant chick from the jaws of the cat. They saw the bird, gave advice, gave antibiotics and pleased to say, a week on, the chick (now on a heated pad in a cage) is doing very well and will soon need bigger living quarters!! Hopefully the antibiotics killed any germs from the cats mouth and he or she will make a full recovery and can be returned to the wild in about 3 months time!! I'll update the images as he/she grows!
