Over the last year I have found my iMac running really slow to the point where I decided to do something about it. I searched locally on the web and came across Standby Support. I booked an appointment on line and Jonathan confirmed the time and cost of £85 for a 1 hour health check on my iMac. His arrival was punctual and after discussing the problems it would appear I needed a new hard drive as the original rotating hard drive slows after a period of time. My Mac was just over 5 years old. I didn't even know one could be fitted but Jonathan has the expertise to carry out the repair. Jonathan suggested a solid state hard drive that would operate my iMac much faster plus suggested a few other items to help the overall running speed. I decided to proceed and Jonathan collected my iMac on Friday morning and returned it Monday afternoon so I was only without it over the weekend. Wow what a difference the repair has made. The speed is really fast and now a pleasure to use. Gone is the twirling beach ball that I seemed to have spent many hours watching.Jonathan is very knowledgeable about Apple products and I would have no hesitation in recommending his services.
