My wife and I had a great experience with Belvoir, specially due to Aimee Walker attention. She was kind showing the house and answering our questions. Furthermore, the rental process was fast!

Louise was great to deal with. The whole process from start to finish was very smooth. She was always very quick to answer any questions we had and responded very quickly to any information that we required. From viewing to moving in, it happened in a matter of a few weeks and Belvoir were very transparent with us throughout the whole process!

I have interacted with Belvoir on a few occasions and they have helped me find good tenants. They have been excellent, efficient, professional, not wasting time and easily reachable. I had been happy with their service especially Ms Stock, who have asked for advice at random moments and she has obliged. I would certainly recommend them.

It has been years since I used Abbie's service and yesterday I had a sudden need for a rend estimate for my solicitor and offered to pay. Abbie provided the estimate immediately without charging me anything. Then I realized I forgot to tell her the size of the house. I went back to her and she provided another estimate without any delay and complain. I cannot say how grateful I am for the generous and invaluable help. I've been renting through Belvoir since 2017, my experience has been friendly and helpful.They visit a couple of times a year to check on the place / give you around a months heads up of when they want to visit.If you ever have an issue they have a cool system which prompts types of issues and a form to fill out, once you've done it generally someone will pop in and fix whenever suits you.No complaints my side / all good.
