Appalling service. Took 20 minutes to answer phone. Spoke to a lady who said she would get back tome next day with a cost to replace my windscreen. I did not receive a call the next dayso I chased it up and another 23 minutes to get through. Decided to go elsewhere.

Easy website to navigate and book appt promptly, good communication prior to appt, windshield ready when I arrived, prompt replacement within 2 hours and reasonable price. Excellent service!

Can't recommend this company as it seems ALL they're interested in is insurance claim repairs ans if you ask to pay them to fit a windscreen they don't want to know. Strange business model intentionally turning away paying customers......

Bad customer service!!!When you call for a cotation...you just what fast answers!!!! Not personal and same question all over again!!!

They came out first time back in January to fit a new screen, the guy was a really nice bloke and I thought he had done a great job. Unfortunately I recently found a leak that had developed and eventually it was traced to be the windscreen, not sure what happened there.They sent out a guy last Thursday who couldn't fix the issue and was a waste of time.Manager agrees to send another chap out today who promptly arrived the morning as agreed, found that a section of seal was missing on the driver door pillar.He was brilliant, polite, honest and did exactly what was needed, brilliant workmanship leaving everything tidy and clean, a real pleasure to meet someone so conscientious with their work.You should have more guys like Terry flying the flag for you, couldn't be better

I'd recently broken the windscreen on my car, which was beginning to spread as they do. My insurance broker uses Autoglass who were meant to repair the damage within my excess agreement yet kept fobbing me off with delays and no set date on when the screen for my car would be in stock, if at all. I waited almost 2 months with no clue what was going on and was left with little choice but to think about binning the car should it get to the next MOT with a huge travelling crack in my windscreen but thankfully National were able to source a windscreen within the hour and booked me in for fitting to which they did a splendid job even down to replicating the outer seal which was no longer available from suppliers.I'm very happy to have my car back on the road full time and the service was excellent from beginning to end.

Great service, and was faster than i thought it would be and polite friendly staff that make you feel welcome, highly recommended if you need..
