Kingsthorpe Post Office

Thank you soooo much to the lovely and very patient young man, who helped me with a parcel return yesterday 11/11/23

Went in for the first time to post some parcels last week. Found the staff very friendly and professional. It’s great to have a post office in the heart of Kingsthorpe again

YOU LYING SCOUNDRELS!! I went into your post office today with a big parcel and the young guy said that they may not be able to take it if its too heavy. He weighed it and it came to about 13kg. then i went over to the desk and the lady behind the desk repeatedly kept saying we only take 11kg max. She was very rude and standoffish. I apologised and said i had no idea about that. she continued to say we only take 11kg max". I had to go all the way to the big post office in town and when i told them what had happened they said that there is no such thing as an 11kg max rule. they told me that post office could take up to 20KG and that other people had problems with that place. I am sick and disgusted about the way i was lied to and spoken to by that women!(Edit) I received a call from Royal Mail and they apologised for what had happened and said it would never happen again."

The woman at the counter was really helpful and polite. I am really glad that we have this branch back in our area.

Really quick service and lovely owners, great addition to the area after we lost the previous post office

I needed 2 travel cards & cash for trips to America. They were so helpful and explained everything. A great addition to our high street. The opening times are helpful too.

New favourite Post Office! Fresh, tidy and clean! The staff is very nice and helpful, they also have basics for household so I saved a trip to grocery shop :)

I have used this post office a couple of times. It's clean and tidy, no queue and the staff at the counter and in the shop couldn't be more pleasant and helpful. This will be my go to post office from now on. They're a breath of fresh air.
