Really good place. Was easy to get to by 25 Bus.Went today (9/02/2020). For my back scan. Had my appointment at 9:30AM. Reached there by 8:45AM. Was seen at 9AM. Was given a patient safety questionnaire filled out the questions that were relevant to me. Then was told by the receptionist to take the questionnaire down to the Lower MRI room.From there only waited around 5 minutes where I was told by the radiographer to change into gown provided. Kept my valuables in the locker provided.Waited around 5 min to enter into the MRI control room where I was weighed. Was asked questions from the questionnaire.Was given full details of what to expect. Was given reassurance.I did get a bit scared at first as it felt like you are laying down in a coffin. They do give you a buzzer if you feel very scared.My results will be sent off to my GP within a week.

Did a private MRI scan 8 days ago, still didn't get my results. After calling them multiple times, they still don't don't know when the results will be available

Very disappointed with the technician who took me to a MRI machine which was so small for me, I am 5‘5“ 120 kg. You can imagine my size of a very white chest. She tried to squeeze me( African lady) in the small mri machine in the first floor, it is my elbow went in the machine my body was squeezing to get in, She still tried to push me in with the machine. I felt the squeeze coming in and felt really really uncomfortable until I told her to take me out. Only then she took me to the downstairs larger MRI machine which was fine. And she also thought I was claustrophobic and complaining to the other technicians in the basement floor.I have plenty of MRI done in Royal London to my shoulder and knee operations in the past.Has she been trained properly to deal with people are different sizes? I’m sure she has done why was she saw anxious to get this appointment done and over with? This is a private clinic/diagnostic centre. Very disappointed . I would’ve given one star, it wouldn’t be fair to the other people working in the Centre.One more thing, the phone call I’ve got day before to confirm my appointment… She sounded like a terminator. Imagine Arnold Schwarzenegger as The terminator Telling you telling you to make sure to come to the appointment.This experience I will not forget.

Thoroughly professional from beginning to the end. Upon arrival was spoken to by a very polite guy on reception. Waited maybe 5 minutes past my appointment time and was taken through for my Ultrasound scan again by a very polite employee. Was greeted by the sonographer who was kind, calm and explained the procedure to me . He had the human factor about him, happy to answer any questions that he could, made me feel very comfortable.I would recommend the In health diagnostic centre , to anyone on my experience.Oh ! free coffee if your a patient as well.

My nervous 86 yr old mother was treated so gently by the staff. Seen before our alloted time. A great experience with excellent facilities.

Review is about 01/09/2022. Was nervous going here for a MRI scan after reading these reviews. The last thing you want is to have rude staff dealing with you when you're in a medical situation. So I prepared myself for this but I have to say all staff were nice from the reception to the medical team who done my scan which was a huge relief. Wait time for me was only about 5 minutes. Only thing I would say to improve in is to just prepare first time patients who are having a MRI more because it was my first time and I didn't know that there would be loud noises etc. Other than that great experience just waiting for results now fingers crossed. Thank you to all the staff who dealt with me yesterday.

Waiting time was 28mins, which I was prepared for. However, Tosin (female lead clinician) thanked me for waiting, made me feel welcomed, comfortable and at ease. She explained the process and was informative, including when I asked her questions. Thank you.

Went here for an MRI; very helpful staff. I only waited less than five minutes (and I was quite early for my appointment so I was expecting to wait longer). John, the Filipino MRI technician/staff was very helpful in explaining the process, what to do, etc. Everyone was very efficient and kind. Great experience.

Worst service possible. Firstly I waited ages for an appointment. When I finally got my appointment and conducted my heart tests you guys losted..no information sent, nothing...months and months of chasing and I only got the answer at the end where no excuses could have been invented.Since then, a year passed in order to finally get another appointment in Stratford which...here we go, the evening before it, you cancelled..I called and finally got a new one in about...45 days.Due to high blood pressure I have horrible headaches.. 2 years of them...it's a lot.I wish another option could be available...

Getting here is easy but parking is bit of an issue so give yourself time to find parking. Easy step free access to the reception. Nice and clean waiting area with tea/coffee machine.
