Sorry to say that Tomasz and his team a year ago were good. Now they take on too much work, they are late, the work is sloppy, workmen are unsupervised, they do not recify the mistakes they make, they have caused damage at my house and 4 months later it is clear they will accept no responsibilty for it or put it right. I was extremely loyal to them and recommended them to many new clients some of whom are equally unhappy. They have cost me money dealing with their poor workmanship - do not get them involved in roofing or electrics. The least he could have done for a long standing client like me is have the honesty to fix the damage he caused.

Building Vision are an excellent team - they come when they say they will come, they do exactly what needs doing and carry out the work to a very high quality, they always tidy up, are charming and helpful and are very reasonable. In the past years, they have installed bathrooms, painted the exterior and interior of our house, fixed the mistakes our old builders had left behind, installed appliances and carry out all our garden maintenance and tidying. In short they are brilliant and I would highly recommend Tomasz and his team.

Tomasz was able to attend to quote at very short notice and once the required part was in, completed the work swiftly, picking up and returning the keys from the letting agent - all at a very reasonable labour cost. Communication was good.
