Amazing customer service! We live some distance away, Ifzal was extremely patient sending me additional videos, checking paint shades and making sure the car was exactly what I wanted so when I arrived to get it, it was exactly what I wanted. Couldn’t be happier with my new car!

Had a brilliant experience getting my new car. Dave Lord was especially friendly and personable and made sure we got the best car for us. He kept in contact while we were waiting on our order and we picked up the new car this morning and couldn't be happier. 10/10 experience (they're also dog friendly!)

We ordered a vehicle on the motability lease scheme from here and dealt with Ifzal from start to finish; He made the process so smooth and kept us up to date on its progress at all times. He was courteous and professional at all times and answered any questions we had! He even phoned after we had collected the car to see if everything was ok and to check if we had any questions. What a pleasant experience , I would certainly recommend this dealership.

I ordered my motability car from here and from walking into the show room to choosing the perfect one for us the customer service we received was 10/10. We picked our car up yesterday and Ifzal couldn’t do enough for us, he showed us everything on the car and explained everything to us, his customer service was the best. We were told we would be waiting 3 months for our new car however Ifzal made it so we got our car in only 4 weeks! Definitely recommend coming here if you are looking for a new car as they cannot do enough for you.

We purchased our new car from Ifzal at RRG Oldham. We are a long way from Oldham, so everything was done remotely. Ifzal was great from start to finish. Car was delivered yesterday and couldn’t be happier. Would highly recommend.
