Absolutely delighted by the service I received here when I went to buy my first pair of binoculars! No BS sales talk, just straightforward advice from a very friendly and warm person. No condescending tone, she gave me all the information I needed and explained everything in layman's terms. When I went back the next day to do a retrospective price-match this was done without fuss or difficulty. Also really happy with the binoculars. Thank you very much!

Peregrine 10x42Great optics, solid build. I had a slight issue with plastic disc lifting around the right eyepiece. Viking fixed this and posted back within 2 days. Such brilliant customer service, which is really refreshing. Highly recommend.

Plenty of stock, guy really knows his stuff and could have sold me something 3 x the price but didn’t. I don’t know anything about the Bino-monocular world so it was nice to have someone not Bllsht me and give me exactly what I needed.If you need to see further than your eyes will normally manage, this is the shop for you.

After doing a lot of headache-inducing searching online for my first pair of binoculars, I decided to pop into this shop to have a look and feel of the different models. The (young) man in the shop was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, letting me go out and trial the binoculars at my own leisure. After finding the pair I wanted, he price-matched them to the cheapest price he could find online. Absolutely brilliant service, definitely recommend.

Great shop! The staff are very friendly & knowledgeable, offering lots of great advice on equipment, birds & and wildlife photography. They have a great range of kit and are very happy to let you try it outside in the street before buying. With no hard sell and internet price matching, what's not to like?
