It was average, the food was ok, but the steak although cooked correctly was very chewy and was probably 40% fat and grisle. Only came with chips, 2 onion rings and peas. Won't be returning any time soon

Does what it says on the tin. Service pleasant and professional. Food hot, fresh and served quickly. Wednesday lunchtime so hard to judge the atmosphere... Deffo go back though

We had the roast. If you're about 10 it's enough. The cauliflower or stalk should I say was hard, the mash was just one desert spoonful, 2 small bits of plastic meat, the frozen roasties were left for too long & had hardly any filling. Even at £15 for 2, I wouldn't buy it again. I had to cook dinner when I got home.

Enjoyed a Sunday beef roast All the food on the plate was lovely. Roast potatoes crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. Vegetables perfect. Beef was delicious. Yorkshire pudding perfect. Gravey delicious. Very good value. Table service quick and friendly. Will come again. Ty.

Highly recommended. Our food was served by Molly, thank you, which was made by chef, Jordan, thank you also. Fantastic standard - very hot and extremely well-presented. Very clean surroundings, pleasant atmosphere and brilliant value to boot! We will most certainly be coming back. Happy Christmas to all staff members.

I booked a table for my fiancé birthday we had the best time the staff was so polite and friendly they kept checking on us and made sure we had everything we needed.The food was lovely came out hot and all together.Would definitely be going back for another family meal.

Great food, friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. Plenty of seating indoor and out. Very clean and well looked after.Would reccomended 100%!! Now on my 4th visit in less than a month not sure what the negative reviews on about...Edit: I can't tell you how many times I've been here but.... Wow amazing friendly staff and a new amazing menu, my favourite place to eat. Well done wheatshef and thank you Matt for our great service today (11/10/22) !!!

Lovey stuff, very affordable prices, good sized meals, it was delicious. Dog friendly place, they have a huge garden.

Noisy, perhaps due to the family orientation, food well priced and as expected for the price. Service was quick but only bookable up to 7 in the evening. Not as pleasant as a lunchtime drink.
