Consultant,Wing Commander Hope,looked after me so well,explained everything,nothing was too much trouble.I felt safe,confident and comfortable,thank you to all your team,they are absolutley fantastic.

I took my wife to have her ears cleared of wax by sucksion due to having narrow ear channel's, been having it done 4 several years.Pleasant staff and nothing's to much trouble, queue not to long, nice experience

From start to finnish I have had the best service anyone could ask for. I had a lump In my neck that had to be removed and was done very quickly with the best advice. Unimpressed, cancelled my surgery day before, now waiting, unacceptable!

Absolutely disgraceSent a letter to phone for an appointment only received 2 weeks ago and today got a letter to say I've been taken off the waiting list.

I had a lump in my thyroid which was dealt with impeccably from the radiographer who scanned me and performed the biopsy to the incredible team who cared for me during the removal of my thyroid. Mr Malik is a medical genius and you cannot even see the scar from my thyroidectomy. I was absolutely petrified and Mr Malik and his incredible team put me at ease and cared for me with dignity and respect and explained the whole process from start to finish. I can remember the nurse prepping me for surgery said to me if her or any of her family required surgery she would want Mr Malik to be her surgeon and I can see why, he is an absolute asset to Derriford hospital. Thank you!
