Masons successfully completed our home move of over 100 miles in the UK. I exchanged contracts very near my moving date and just before Christmas. Masons could still help with my date. They were professional and friendly at the same time, which helped to keep me calm. My stuff was in safe hands throughout the whole process. Mason's employees on pack-up day and delivery were extremely hard workers, and their experience showed. Thank you to all the staff at Masons for making our move great.

Masons have just moved my belongings into storage. First class service, arrived on time and worked solidly all day. Fantastic service from the guys, who were polite and friendly. A pleasure to deal with a local family firm!

Masons handled a big, extended move, pack and storage for us and every dealing with them was great. The whole team were fantastic to deal with and worked super hard on all 4 days. Would definitely recommend.

We have had a great experience with Masons, from first survey and quote, to doors closed and all delivered. A 500+ mile trip ended up a narrow steep lane, in howling, freezing winds with sleet flying but, the guys delivered without an issue, many thanks guys

I relocated to Belgium and Masons Moving Group made this a very smooth transition.The loading as well as the delivery of my goods was punctual, straight forward and with the professional skill and expertise expected from a big, renown removal company. The import formalities were taken care off so I could concentrate on the rest of my relocation.An accidentaly damaged item was promptly compensated, no fuss no muss.I can highly recommend this company and it's friendly staff and would use it any time again should I need to do another move.

Excellent service. The team had no issues moving my furniture down four flights of stairs after the lift in my building broke down on the day of removal. The storage service was excellent too and they were very considerate and careful when moving everything in to the new property, making sure to protect the furniture and walls etc. Would highly recommend

Wow what a great company to use, they took all the stress out of moving and even helped pack the final items on the day for us.The team worked really hard and even went without a lunch to get everything sorted as quickly and efficiently as possible.As we arrived at our new home the team had called in reinforcements on route to help unload the mountain of items packed.We went from 3 workers to 8 in the blink of an eye.The team really pulled together and it was a real team effort to get us in and with everything where it should be as well.I paid extra for a wardrobe and bed to be dismantled and reassembled and that was done with ease.I decided to do 1 of the beds myself to save a bit of funds and the guys still helped me which was greatly appreciated.Overall I was really impressed and would definitely recommend Masons to anyone moving in the future.

I moved from London, had my stuff put in storage at their warehouse and then re-delivered when i found a flat in Cardiff two months later. They were amazing. Everyone was really lovely and helpful. It was brilliant, they just came to my flat in London and did absolutely everything. It was amazing. Moving is so mega stressful so to have one thing that you just don’t need to worry about is just fantastic. The redelivery was brilliant too. Next time i move i will definitely use them again, no hesitation. I would highly recommend this company

We used Masons for our recent house move. We chose Masons as we had used them for a previous home move and also for storage. We received five star service throughout the process and their price was very competitive. Everyone we came into contact with was professional and friendly.
