Received great service from Derek. Arrived on time and put covers over his shoes whilst in our house and placed dust covers around his work area. Work carried out was done with no issues and at the price quoted. Highly recommend him and use him in the future.

Amazing service from the start. Called to discuss work needed. Video sent to show what parts looked like. Quote sent within 5 mins. Today day work was taking place Derek was at my address at the time booked. Work was done perfectly. Door unjammed and parts fitted, door was checked and all was correct. Area was left clean and tidy.

We’d moved to a new house where a few of the windows and patio doors needed attention but we didn’t want to replace all of them. Based on great reviews I contacted Derek for a quote – he turned up on time to quote and then when agreed to do the work. The work was completed quickly and to a good standard. We called Derek due to a faulty door locking mechanism that wouldn’t allow the door to shut or lock. He was fantastic; he arrived just an hour after our initial call and had the job done very quickly and efficiently. Very professional, fair price and overall excellent service. Hinges on a kitchen upvc door needed replacing as it wouldn't open. Derek was very quick to reply with a very reasonable quote, and fixed the door within 48 hours. Excellent service completed by Derek, arrived promptly and would definitely call again with any other door and window issues. I was having problems closing the patio doors, Derek fixed them, explained what the issue was and ensured that I could open and close with no issues myself.
