The New Courthouse
Much improved since our last visit ,I believe it's been closed for a while but now reopened for 4 months. Still no ales on draught apart from john Smith's and no sugar free energy drinks. Food menu looked good and a lot smarter than it was and so much better run with friendly eff staff.

Got stuck in Stanford due to trains popped in to have a drink whilst we waited in what looked like the main bar area that was a typical old pub. it was very quiet. No body came to serve us for about 10 minutes so we left.

Had a lovely meal down here, tried Georgian food for the first time and it was amazing. Could tell they use fresh ingredients and the home made bread was perfect. Definitely be coming back and definitely recommend to anyone. It is a Turkish and Georgian menu. Staff are all very helpful, friendly and polite.

Not had a meal in there but had food that caters supplied at a party that was arranged which was set up sum of which was nice just bit too spicy though.

The beer is good, thats the first point. Lovely area for kids to play in and the pirate ship is brilliant for them. However and this is a big one for me, the last 2 times we have been there, we have been unable it sit in the bar due to the overbearing smell. Unfortunately the smell is like a gone off disinfectant. It is a shame as we would have stayed longer.

The best family friendly pub in the area! Amazing friendly welcoming service, good priced drinks, amazing atmosphere. Over the moon to finally have a pub in the area that I’m happy to go and drink in at any time of the day or night.Definitely recommend a visit

If I could give it a minus I would. I was in the girls toilets when a man entered and I felt uncomfortable he stated he was there to do a “security check” but couldn’t present a security pass. He became very angry and violent making me feel threatened and scared, he threatened to kick me and my friend out when someone opened the door and we requested for security. It turns out this unprofessional violent man was the owner who kicked me and my friend out even though he had no security pass and was entering the female toilets, I was well within my rights and he should not have been in there. Highly do not reccomend going here and I will never be returning, what an awful owner and disgraceful respect towards females and customers. Completely disgusting.
