STAY WELL CLEAR of Russell Powerboats..I have had my new jet ski stolen from there lake (premises) 24/5/2018 White seadoo spark 3up. 2017 with only 8 hours on clock.The owners are unbelievably arrogant and no help what so ever. When they are taking your money they seem like nice people but don’t be fooled by them.Also when I was trying to get information, they were just being rude to me and saying things like are you calling me lier? They would not let me see the cctv footage or have any information on the theft. It seems like they have something to do with it.My insurance ran out on my pwc a week or so before this happened funny that. My skis have been there for 2 years insured with no problems. The week it runs out it goes missing.Now they are also trying to tell me that there insurance doesn’t cover any boats or pwc they are being kept on there premises even tho you pay for the storage. Jokers.. I would never trust them again. And would advise no-one to spend there money there.I have had two pwc from here and have been a member for a year so it’s not like I just walked through the door. They treated me like I was nothing, having spent a lot of my money with them. Even if you buy a ski from them and store it there, if you don’t take out a membership they will soon ask you to take your ski and leave.. that’s if it don’t go missing.And yes it is shame that this lake isn’t owned by decent real people. I am disgusted with the way they treated me they shouldn’t even be allowed to be a seadoo dealer. These people give seadoos a bad name.Again I heard about these Russell people before I started going there. People had told me that skis go missing from here and to watch out for them. But I wanted to be a member there and I payed the price big time.It will not happen again just make sure your not the next victim.

I have own a holiday park for many years, that runs the only Jet Ski Safari Centre in North Devon. ‘Jet Ski Watermouth’. So have had a considerable amount of experience in dealing with a multitude of authorised personal watercraft dealers and service centres throughout the country. I can honestly say I have never had the pleasure of dealing with a better company than Russell Powerboats. Prices on new machinery are second to none and their service centre is without doubt the most accommodating and professionally run business I've ever come across. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anybody.

They will cater for all your jetski needs and giveyou peace of mind when purchasinga jet ski. They have fantastic knowledge and carry over 30 years experience in the business. 10 out of 10 customer experience and a wonderfulset up to exhibit all of the Sea-Doo range. Love it here!!! I purchased a new SeaDoo Wake Pro from Russell Powerboats last year. Great place to bring the family, get the kids away from their screens and make the most of the time on the water. You can wakeboard, doughnut, waterski or just hoon around to your hearts content!!I had a faulty fuel pump that took my ski out of action for a couple of weeks while parts were shipped. Thankfully, buying new meant I had the security of a warranty. The warranty work was agreed with no quibbles whatsoever and I was happy to get my ski back even earlier than I expected. They had also addressed a problem with my trailer (that I caused myself) without even being asked to.Great Service, Great place to spend our family weekends together!!

I looked into buying a power boat from this company Russell powerboats and I had no previous experience of them. The information I was given with the attention to detail was impressive. I was not given a hard sales pitch I was given reliable information with a friendly reception. These guys really did think about my needs first and not my bank balance. Top guys and what a nice guy Len was. Fully recommended.

Fabulous. The layout with the lake for jet skiing and picnic benches . A great day out.

If you’re a man, go for it. If you’re a female, maybe think twice. Went in to buy 2 jet skis and because I had a man with me, I was completely ignored and overlooked. Questions dismissed, all attention given to the man, even though it was my purchase. Sexist old style salesman. I was so insulted and when I tried to address it gently to the office I was told I was wrong by the salesman’s mother! Needless to say we will be buying elsewhere. It’s 2020, please address men and women the same. I know more about engines than your salesman does. Maybe if he took a second to greet customers (Male AND female) and asked a few questions about what they’re looking for he’d gain some idea of what they want and their knowledge level on the subject. Horrible experience.

My family have been using Russell Powerboats for nearly 17 years and the service we have received over the years is second to none. It’s a friendly family business and they are always willing to help and advise if you are having problems with your watercraft.We purchased a boat 17 years ago and it’s been serviced and winterised every year by them and the prices are pretty reasonable. When they service they put the boat in the water to test run it, not many place can do that!Always a pleasure to go down there , lovely family, and the facilities are great for a day out on the lake.

I thoroughly recommend Russell Powerboats on behalf of all aspects from the people that own the business to the venue it's self. Back in June of this year I purchased my first seadoo wake 2013 of which I received a great service and as it was my first time there and my first seadoo every bought I got amazing help and advice from the entire team there. Due to the experience I gained from the team and for loving my time here I have since then bought a seadoo wake 2017, I would like to say a massive thank you to Len, Mark, Lee & Dean for making this a worth while spend....not just in money but in time for myself & for my family ( not my dog - rules are stated on the entrance ) and friends.
