I only go there now because the fuel and staff are good. I bought a USB Charger that worked for a little more than a month and when I tried to exchange it for a new one I was told that the warranty was for just one month. Not good when you choose to pay £7.60 over 3 pounds ones on ebay and amazon.

It maybe a coincidence but I have only purchased fuel three or four times here this year, but twice after making payment first with my credit card and then this past Friday with my debit card, my cards have been used the following day to make fraudulent purchases online. It was the one and only time I used my credit card in February so I had suspicions back then and after paying on my debit card on Friday it has happened again. I will avoid this petrol station for a while

Staff here are so rude, won’t even make eye contact whilst taking my money. At nearly £1.50 a liter of diesel I would expect some basic customer care when spending close to £100 on a weekly basis. Absolutely insulting customer care levels shown by forecourt staff.

I've updated my review after using this place for over a year.The last time we visited we experienced very rude staff, who suddenly decided to announce they don't accept bill payments and only do fuel despite the shop being a payzone as well as a fuel station.Also the premium diesel had gone up by £9.80 a tank in 2 weeks of last being here. I found it disgusting.I'll possibly be looking for a friendlier better priced station in the future.

Feel like there are so many bad reviews, petrol price best around, I got in , filled up, paid, left. I'm getting petrol so don't expect anything else, loads of reviews saying they are rude etc, well I'm not there for a general chit chat they served me and the gentleman was pleasant enough.

The most horrible staff I've ever experienced. Rude, arrogant and disgusting. When you approach them at the till and say good morning how are you. No reply back except what pump number. Unacceptable!!!!

Very unhelpful and rude staff. Never have I ever had a worst experiance at a fuel station. Staff spoke to me very rudely, one even started shouting at me? Lucky I was in my work uniform or I would have give it him back. Absolutely disgrace of a petrol station. New staff is needed and looking at these reviews, that's fairly obvious. Unacceptable service from this bp.
