Mieszkam pod Londynem I usiłuję dobić się do konsulatu w Anglii od 3 lat (zmiana nazwiska po ślubie I wyrobienie nowego paszportu). Koleżanka z pracy dała mi cynk że w Belfaście zawsze są wolne terminy I tak oto w 2 dni miałam termin na wizytę (moja siostra też!) Niesamowite, wygodne I sprawne- miło I przyjemnie załatwiać tak sprawy paszportowe!To jest informacja na dzień 17.10.2023, wizytę mam na 18.10.2023. Coś niesamowitego!Dziękuje serdecznie

Bardzo profesjonalne i super miłe podejście Pana Wicekonsul Tomasza do mojej sprawy. Doradził oraz pomógł w wypełnieniu potrzebnych formularzy ponieważ nie rozumialam wszystkich pojęć po polsku. Pan Wicekonsul był bardzo cierpliwy i szczerze uprzejmy wiec moge smialo napisac iż jest to właściwa osoba na właściwym miejscu. Otrzymałam niesamowitą pomoc oraz porady których nie uzyska sie za pierwszym podejsciem. Dziękuje.Podziękowania również dla przesympatycznego Pana ochroniarza.

Konsulat w Belfaście to naprawdę fantastyczne miejsce! Panie tam pracujące są niezwykle miłe i pomocne. Wejście jest bezproblemowe, z dobrze zorganizowanym systemem bezpieczeństwa, co sprawia, że obsługa jest szybka, sprawnie przeprowadzona i zupełnie bezstresowa.Dodatkowo toaleta jest nie tylko czysta, ale też przestronna.Całkowicie polecam to miejsce!Pozdrawiam Anna!

Top notch service. I had today lunch time appointment to renew mine and my sons' passports today. Very efficient and helpful customer service. No waiting and no queue. Whole appointment took about 30 minutes. I was able to use modern electronic payment means to pay for passport renewal. All consulate staff very kind and friendly. They really go beyond to make your visit very effective and successfully handle your case. I was even offered to create electronic trusted profile" to be able to access services electronically."
