Absolutely disgusting service i have never been so angry with a service in my life. I had an important anniversary of a close friends death so i brought helium balloons from here at 3.30pm the day before i was going to release them in memory but 2 hours later the balloons had deflated and was on the floor so i returned and had them do them again for me i was assured they would last 24 hours but as i woke in the morning again they was on the floor so i came back to the shop (3rd time) and was spoken to rudely and accused of lying about the time i bought them and when i needed them for i was then refused a refund and told never to come back to the shop at this point i was on the verge of tears because its not the way someone should be spoken to on a day like this especially by somewhere that is supposed to be a professional business. luckily i found a very nice florists on roman road who could help me last minute thank god for Denningtons the florists. if you want to be treated like a customer or even a with any respect do not set foot in this place !!!

Absolutely love this place! Have a great selection of frames and gifts! And a nice selection of balloons. The man who works here has always been polite and welcoming. They are open! And offering service from the door during this second lockdown. I have noticed that some reviews say they are closed. They're not.

Really helpful - great helium balloons

I’m devastated because I spent over £30 only on helium balloons and they did not survive until next morning. My event is today Sunday, Orchid Parties are closed, I have no decent balloons and wasted £36 in total at Orchid Parties. Will I have my money back? It is £2 to fill out a balloon with helium, it doesn’t worth it.
