Great NHS practice with really nice friendly staff from reception to GPs who are thorough and supportive of your health issues.

Spot on, sometimes they may run a bit late that just means they are dealing with the patients who are seriously ill, properly. I would rather wait a while than the doctors have to rush through patients and miss something serious.

I just wanted to commend both Manor Medical Practice for arranging my Covid-19 vaccination so promptly and in turn Bosden Moor Surgery for an excellent experience at their vaccination hub. In the midst of such an awful pandemic it is so heartwarming and emotional to see our NHS service and staff operate at their absolute best in protecting the nation ! My husband has seen Dr. Tragen, who is new to the practice, twice in recent weeks. We really can't praise her enough. She is very thorough, she listens to and understands what you have to say and in our opinion she will be a complete asset to the practice.

Recently joined and had only good experiences with no problem getting appointments. A pleasant change from other overly busy GPs around the country

Rather awful service, to be honest. I had just joined and was supposed to receive a message to book my booster jab; didn't get any message, called in and after checking my details once again with reception, I was assured I would get the booster jab invite - never got it. Moreover, had a rather pressing health issue, called in and booked an appointment. Not only did the doctor not respect this appointment (I called this time too to see what was delaying the call and was promised I would eventually get a call on the day) but I also got a rather odd message from the Dr. at around 5 minutes to 7pm, which would be the closing time of the practice, that said something along the lines of: sorry I couldn't get a hold of you, rebook if needed; when nobody actually did try to get a hold of me. Had to call 111 eventually, and move to a different GP.

Excellent service at all times. First class.
