Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Peckham

Enterprise as a company I have no issues with. The staff on the other hand in this peckham branch, have demonstrated incompetence continually on four or five occasions relating to the same matter. Having admittedly charged me for something I shouldn’t have been charged for, reluctant to process a refund for months. Although i know the individual staff members names I won’t be highlighting it today.I would highly recommend upper management external to the branch to organise “effective relaying of information and communication training”

Be aware that if you incur any form of parking fine or speeding ticket whilst driving one of Enterprise's cars they will charge you a £35 administration charge just for telling you that they have passed your details to the charging authority. When we rented a car for my wife's father's funeral we were incorrectly fined by a parking company that claimed we had overstayed our ticket: we had not and the fine will be rescinded, however that makes no difference to the fact that Enterprise are still charging us £35 for administration"

I need a van on Saturday and it was pretty late notice but Sara and Youssef were there to give me a hand and organise a vehicle for me. Customer service was great. And it was very fast service as well. Really recommend these guys.

Didn’t get the car we booked, car badly needed a service. Inflate prices at branches near you and do the shady practice of drip pricing. Adding a driver £30 a day, change location another £200, one scratch will be £2000.

After a vehicle breakdown, I was stranded in London for 14 hours, and Enterprise Peckham were the saving grace. Zane and his driver personally dropped the replacement car off to me on Old Street as I was waiting for a recovery truck from RAC. Fantastic service! Thank you guys!

Used this service 1 year ago only just getting round to writing a review. We picked up our van from another branch which was great, and dropped off in the Peckham branch. We were charged over £1000 for damage we did not do. The branch we picked up from were understanding and tried their hardest to help us but these guys charged us when we did not have the money for it. Totally appalling as the damage was not even worth £1000 it was a small dent that was already there and not recorded. Honestly, awful and can't believe it happened to us it's like something from a nightmare. Will never ever recommend this company to anyone

Overall decent experience renting with rental car, some nice car available.Customer service is 4/10. When I asked a member of staff if there was a toilet available she referred me some where a 5 min walk away. When I asked someone else the showed me to the on site toilet. It’s possible that it was a staff toilet but for the end of the day I appreciate the exception made especially with the amount spent on the car I hired.Also received a courtesy call from someone asking for feedback a day or so later he was unprofessional to say the least just said thanks for the feedback and put down the phone.Lastly I left some property in the car, still waiting to hear back about it. It’s been about 3 days

Professional and straight-forward service. Easy to navigate website and helpful staff. Harry was the main point of contact throughout our hire. He thoroughly inspected the car alongside me before driving out and did the same upon return. He was personable and made sure to answer all of our questions before and after the hire. Pleased with the service and would return if we ever needed to hire another vehicle.

Absolutely the best car rental service I’ve used anywhere. Louis, the office manager, is exceptional at customer service. Great prices and honest recommendations. I asked and wanted to pay for a GPS system but was told my phone could interface with the car’s system to provide everything. Saved me a couple of bucks and won big on loyalty. Go with these guys. And ask for Louis.

Booked van for 1.30pm, called us an hour before that to say it wouldn’t be available until 2pm. Turned up, staff asked intrusive questions without being able to justify why the info was needed, only to tell us the van wasn’t available yet “it was a few minutes away”. Half an hour later I asked politely when it would be ready - staff replied they didn’t know so called someone apparently driving it back. Then just called across the room at me that it was 8 minutes away. I’m sure the van will be fine, but how is it possible to have 5 staff standing around, no one seems to know anything, can’t answer simple questions, and just indifferent to inconvenience caused. Why take bookings for vehicles that aren’t available? Why not train staff? Invest in your workforce and I’m sure they’ll be great, all seem perfectly pleasant - just clueless on customer service.
