I just want to comment about this company. Nice and clean environmentbut there are only few staff that are open minded and educated. I don't like the way they train the new comers.It seems they are not professional ,they want to learn instantly like a magic. Why don't they give them a sufficient time and give systematic way of training so the new employees do'n't get nervous.. I think as an existing employees they should do their part to help new comers feels welcome in their new work environment..Majority SELF-ORIENTED person..Thanks ..A friend of ex worker.

Worst company I worked for.They are not listening to their employees.

They are not listening to their own people.Sitting on the same machine for 8h is painful for our back.

I was working here,i think is the best place in Crawley because is clean, no dusty, no cold they have always 22° inside,good money, a lot of breaks, nice people. The problem is if u are on the late shift you gonna do the same thing for a long time if you are on the 4on 4off they change you depending how busy they are. I left because i was doing the same thing, i couldn't more, i got bored and dizzy.
