A very nice engineer called Nigel services our heat pump and explained how to work it and how it worked in great detail he had a lot of patience and answered all our questions as this was all very new to us so well done Nigel for making us feel a lot warmer and most important a lot more confident about what we are doing and well done to all glendevon team for being so efficient and very pleasant and helpful to speak to thank you all Mr and Mrs Gray .

My annual heat pump system service was performed efficiently and thoroughly. The engineer had noted a comment on the worksheet from last year and bought insulation material to protect the outside valves. He reiterated the information given to me previously that Glendevon Energy would always respond promptly to any request for information and support. As the company is local, this gives me great peace of mind. I have no hesitation in recommending them for any green energy installations or maintenance.

Glendevon Energy installed and serviced our biomass boiler and always gave excellent service. They now service our air source heat pump and their engineers are very knowledgeable about the system and have helped us to get it running perfectly

Great service, but VERY EXPENSIVE! I have had a 6-year relationship with Glendevon Energy, who installed and service my Nibe heat pump. Their service is excellent. Nigel, who is the engineer servicing our unit know his stuffs" and does a great job. The only dissatisfaction I have is that they charge too much for the service. It's a pretty simple check each year

I love everything about this business! I have been with them since they installed my biomass boiler in 2010. I always get help when I need it, whoever comes to do the service is friendly, helpful and respectful of my property. I am always kept up to date on any developments, such as changes in possible pellet suppliers, when service is due etc. They also installed pv panels for me which have been a great success, and don't need servicing. They managed to keep all services going through lockdown, obeying all recommended precautions. i don't think they could be bettered.
