Very good experience from start to finish. We have had our burner for nearly a year and it’s incredible. The shop is nice, the people are nice, they slotted us in and provided a very very good install service which was meticulous and well cleaned/considered, the quality is amazing. We love it thank you. Will probably get our mantelpiece from them too.

Excellent experience from initial booking to installation. I was given helpful advice when I went into the showroom to start the process and was kept informed throughout the lead up to the fitting. On the day the process went very smoothly from the arrival of the scaffolding to the installation. We were given a thorough introduction on to how to get the best from the new log fire. I would certainly recommend Cosy Fires to anyone looking to have a log fire fitted

Just had our ekol clarity vison multi fuel log burner installed with external twin wall pipe. The installation was straight forward and one issue was sorted out with no hassle. Great service provided, main installer Zac hemade us feel at ease vary tidy and good working environment. I would highly recommend this company.Picture is of the first fire.

Cosy fires were recommend to me and I will have no hesitation in doing the same. Ben was fantastic from the outset, he provided a quote with no fuss or sales pitch just advice and honest opinion. Katie in the shop was great to liaise with regarding the fitting arrangements and invoices and you couldn't ask for more in Toby and his mate on the fitting of the fire, absolutely immaculate install and I could not be happier with the result. Great to see and support a genuinely honest and local family business.

Booked to have a dual fuel stove installed with cosy fires and the service has been excellent from the quotation, to booking a date for the install down to the installation itself. Lewis and Ben came to install and ensured protective covers were placed not only inside but up on the roof where they were repointing a chimney so that debris did not fall. After each day they ensured everything was left clean and tidy and removed all rubbish. At the end of the installation they provided clear instructions and a demonstration on how to work the fire. Would throughly recommend this company if you are looking to have a stove installed.

We absolutely love our wood burning stove. It was fitted last year and is one of best things we've ever done. It's so good we want another one when our extension is built! Ben and the team provide a fantastic, professional service. They are quick, efficient, friendly and leave everything clean and tidy. We've just had our first annual sweep done by Ben. Again, great service. 10/10 from us. Highly recommended.

Getting my wood burner installed was an excellent experience from start to finish. Lovely open consultancy in the shop, and really good communication with the team in the lead-up. The fitters were professional and friendly, handled a very tall chimney pot, and super clean with it all. I hadn't made life easy with a white hearth and fireplace, but they did it. Clear introduction to the stove after install, and now I'm actually looking forward a little bit to it getting chillier! Very much recommend this lovely company.

Brilliant job from start to finish, lads Zac and Morgan who carried out the work was very considerate when working and explained the process whilst carrying out the works. Left the living room tidy on both visits and Zac even went out his way to change the stove for me as had a change of mind and returned at another time late evening to install the beam due to having wet plaster.Has made our living room much more warm and gave the results I was hoping for!Cheers Cosy Fires
