dirty Milk tea with bubble, taste really good, they used brown sugar bubble instead of tapioca (no stock), I will try fruit tea next time. And also nice staff is also important!

I fancy myself a bit of a bubble tea connoisseur so I was delighted to see there was finally a bubble tea place in Poole centre. I was a little nervous about how the quality of it would be, but was pleasantly surprised.We ordered a classic Citea milk tea with tapioca and a mango green tea with jelly. The milk tea was delicious - good balance of tea flavour and combined with the boba I wouldn't recommend going above 50% sugar level. The tapioca was perfectly cooked and not too soft or firm, with some pleasant brown sugar sweetness.The mango tea was not the best I've had, and had a small hint of that bubble tea" chemical flavour that I'm not a huge fan of - if you are fine with sweeter drinks

Featured Peach Soda and the featured Guava shown, we tried first time there and it was really good. Friendly staff too :D, will come next time we come shopping in Poole.

I brought for my 2 teenage kids who drink regularly bubble tea from London and Brighton and Bournemouth but this was not made well.It was too strong with a bitter black tea taste and and made them both feel sick and have head ache.I had to throw both drinks away and wasted £10.I would like my money back but not sure who to speak to as there was just 2 young girls working there and couldn't see a manager.The girls need to be taught the proportions properly.

The staff here are just so sweet, friendly, engaging; they feel like they care about their customers! The drinks are what makes this place amazing! The great diverse flavours with many options for toppings! Not to mention you cannot say no to a special drink! Really love the milk teas the most as the flavours are strong, the colours are beautiful and the tapioca is chewy! I love this place so much, I’d honestly cry if they ever shut down.

I can only give one star because the young person who served us was kind to my 10 year old grandaughter. The so called BubblecCiTea was undrinkable. So so sweet it made her gag and when I tasted it I was so shocked another Dolphin vendor smiled and said I don't think people realise how sweet these drinks are". It was undrinkable. As others have said only young workers at the stall no sign of any managers to speak with.Needless to say

The name doesn't lie, it really is Chit Tea. Had multiple people try my melon tea, and the general consensus is that I was sold a cup of hand soap. Absolutely the worst liquid you could ever drink, I don't even know where they source the chemicals they make this Chit out of. Don't go here if you value your body.
