Really excellent service and they took the time to explain all the features of the car.In an industry plagued by hidden charges and surprise fees, this firm are just extremely competent and very straightforward to deal with.You can even drop the car off after hours if it suits you.Highly recommended.

I hired a van for a few hours on a Saturday, the van was immaculate and exactly as advertised. There is cheap carparking right outside the gate. The staff were easy to contact, friendly, and professional; everything was clearly explained; and the whole experience was just straightforward and easy. Much better than the chain rentals I've used in the past, and unlike most chains I looked at they do 1-day Saturday rentals for vans (rather than needing to hire it the whole weekend). Price was very reasonable. I strongly recommend.

It's pretty rare to find a car hire place that you walk away from feeling like you've had a great experience. This was one of those rare occasions. The entire team were amazing. My car was being repaired at a local garage and they ran out of courtesy cars, so I called Penny as they were the closest on Google and they sorted a car within an hour. Took 10 minutes to collect the car and 5 minutes to return it a few days later. The car was almost brand new, perfect condition. Highly recommended, thanks!AJ/Ayub
