Another fantastic job from Charlie. We requested our second annual service to our wood burning stove and the whole process was smooth, professional and Informative. Charlie is very personable and his knowledge and eagerness to help & give advice was first class. Charlie was very respectful to our property, asked permission to move things (Which I really should have already moved for him!!) and he left the place spotless. I highly recommend his services.

A massive thanks to Charlie for being our Chimney Doctor. Not only did he clean the chimney, he gave us some useful tips about how to better use the fire (we've only moved in recently and are a bit clueless) and recommendations for improvements / priorities of some of our chimney related question. He was friendly and informative and left no mess - and the price was reasonable. I recommend!
