Daily Poppins Reading

I have used Daily Poppins - Reading for about 6 months.During this period, I had numerous of issues: cleaners left the underfloor heating on despite being asked to check if it is off. The result was huge electricity bills. Cleaning as such was not up to standard as well - I have found condoms, plastic bags and rubbish (on several occasions) left after they cleaned my serviced apartment. I have found dirty dishes in the dishwasher - cleaners never washed. All these were photographed and sent to management company which assured me that will communicate it with Daily Poppins and that this will not happen again.Well, it did not get any better at all. In fact, I had many other issues going forward (my brand new hoover Henry went missing, etc...).In the end, when I terminated my contract with the management company and requested my linen back, I was only given part of them.Justine from Daily Poppins was not particularly helpful when I asked her for the rest and told me to ask the management company. Management company on the other hand said that at the start of my contract I gave the new linen directly to Daily Poppins so I had to ask them.Both - Daily Poppins (Justine) and the management company refused to take responsibility for the missing linen and for all the issues in the past.In the end, I lost a lot of money because of Daily Poppins and the way they operate as a cleaning company.I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!

Avoid at any and all costs. Daily Poppins are cavalier with properties that they don't own, and have caused £100 worth of damage to our bathroom by being careless. When pressed on it, they refused responsibility.Daily Poppins are destructive and dishonest, and I strongly suggest that you think twice before using them.

Extremely poor and intimidating customer service, made patronising remarks when asked why they had not completed a job which was payed for. Made me feel uncomfortable in my own home. Lied about the cost of the clean and when the payment would be taken out the account. An experience that will ruin your week.

Amazing service today, cleaned my house perfectly. Very friendly and kind made sure they knew what I wanted before they started and made my house clean again thank you so much Clover and Olyvia

Justine & her incredible team deserve all the stars they can get - they work incredibly hard and are a pleasure to interact with each day. We don't know where we would be without them. Highly Recommend!

I have been using Daily Poppins for sometime now and must say I have been very pleased in all aspects of the services provided. Staff are courteous, reliable and above all trustworthy. I would definitely recommend

I've had nothing but a good experience from the ladies at Daily Poppins-they have cleaned and looked after my serviced apartment for some time now and always do a thorough job, are responsive to messages and calls, report any issues to me and do all they can to help. Justine and Julie have been so helpful and accommodating, I can't thank them enough.

Appalling experience. Three people cleaned 6 rooms in 10 hours and the standard was appalling with my baby’s cot and mirror left covered in dust. I had to pay for 15 minute discussion around what cleaning was required whicjnid be fine with but they ignored me. in every room the furniture was stacked so they could dust and hoover and I left a very comprehensive list. They asked me to sign a form pretending they had deep cleaned and told me I couldn’t check as they were mopping. In actual fact they hadn’t done that room. I also lost a piece of jewellery and worked harder than they did cleaning and tidying. The manager sent a response saying the cleaning was fine but I could pay for extra and another saying the theft wasn’t them. Do not use this company highly dishonest

Daily poppins team always does fabulous work in cleaning my house. They are on time and have all the required skills to do the job.Justine is very professional and helpful.

Terrible.Run by a rude lady called Justine. Her cleaners are never wrong it is always the customer who is at fault.Didn't turn up and blamed the fact they couldn't gain access through the communal doors (despite everyone else in the block managing it).Never returned my keys after I cancelled the service, lost them and are now calling me a liar saying they did return them and I'm making up the fact they've lost them.Rude and Offensive.They make no apologies for shoddy services and they refuse to comply with their own terms and conditions.
