The customer service was so good by all the staff everyone was super helpful and patient. Great prices! Over all a very nice shopping experience. We left with lots of outfits that everyone was happy with.

Brilliant customer service at The Broadway branch - I visited nearly every day ahead of my sister's wedding and every time I couldn't leave empty handed! Sameer and the team were very patient, very friendly and took the time to showcase every item, and advise on sizing, and resolved small changes to be made in a very timely manner. For any items/sizes unavailable in store, I was able to place an order in store and received the item at home just a few days later with no additional delivery charges - a fantastic, and very efficient service. Communication via WhatsApp was also faultless - quick responses and very approachable. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for elegant, timeless pieces for a special occassion. Thanks again to Sameer and team.
