I tried a number of different coaches for free consultations, but Nicola stood out as someone who would be pragmatic, direct but also empathetic. I'm so glad I took the plunge and had the sessions with Nicola. As a result, I managed to gain great clarity on priorities for my career, had a clear strategy for finding my next job and in the end did manage to secure a great position with a new company!

Nicola helped me a lot when I was looking for a career change. I really liked her structural and practical approach. I had a few sessions with Nicola during which we did a career planning exercise, it helped me a lot to decide where I want to be in short, medium and long term, consider options available for progressing my career and come up with next steps/ immediate actions. Nicola also helped me to prepare for the actual interview process. It was extremely useful experience and I still use the practical advices which Nicola gave me in my day to day work. I definitely would recommend speaking with Nicola as a great career coach!

The time I spent with Nicola was very rewarding. We spent 3 sessions discussing my career history, my goals, and how my past experiences could be leveraged to forge new opportunities and a new career path. She helped me set realistic expectations and gave practical guidance and advice which were invaluable during this process. She also helped me prepare for interviews which was very useful. I had a few sessions with Nicola to assess my CV and to prepare for specific interviews. She provided very useful insight for answering and approaching interview questions and her training proved invaluable in the interviews I was preparing for. Her suggested changes to my CV made it a lot stronger marketing tool for the experience and skills I could offer a new employer. Aside from being highly experienced and a great trainer, Nicola is a lovely person and I have enjoyed working with her. I can highly recommend her to anyone looking to gain an edge in their career change process, I only wish that I had found her sooner.
