Been with them over a year and still no movement from him, phone calls promised but never received, I know Court procedure so I know something is very very wrong. I am going to lose any rights to my tenancy in a few months and I am so scared. I think my case has been swapped in settlement for other cases on his books, don't really know, just really scared, not sleeping, depressed, going crazy

Took my case on in november 2018, we are now in may 2019 and nothing had been done waited for 6 months for nothing! I confronted him he had not done anything didn't even dispute it. So asked for my file and he only sent me back documents i gave him. NO PAPER WORKS OF WHAT HE HAS DONE ACTING ON BEHALF OF ME. So there you go anyone wants time wasted he's the best person for it. Such a shame as a solicitor at least should of apologised and tried to amend things but not even that!!!!
